36th Chugach Shareholder Annual Meeting Election Results - October 17, 2009
The results of the 36th Chugach Alaska Corporation Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on October 17, 2009 at the Captain Cook Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska include the re-election of incumbent directors Sheri Buretta (left), Donna Platt (center) and Mike McCanna (right). Following the meeting, a motion to re-elect the current board officers was unanimously approved. Sheri Buretta will continue as Chairman of the Board; Matt McDaniel as Vice Chairman; Donna Platt as Treasurer; and David Totemoff Sr., as Secretary.
