Chugach Alaska Corporation Announces New Management of Chugach North Technical Services (CNTS) Anchorage, AK – Jan, 19, 2001 - Chugach Alaska Corporation announced it would assume management responsibilities of Chugach North Technical Services (CNTS) effective January 1, 2001. Three of Chugach’s shareholders (Paula Rasmus-Dede, Tim Anderson, and Gaydell Trumblee) with extensive management capabilities will be trained for leadership roles in the agency that specializes in providing contract temporary personnel to its clients. As
the majority owner of CNTS, Chugach entered into the joint venture
in 1992 with an agreement that would allow Chugach to eventually
assume direction and management of the company. Chugach’s stability
and strong financial turn around have provided the ideal conditions
for assuming responsibilities of the agency that has a reputation
for providing superior temporary personnel to businesses like Providence
Hospital and GCI. Chugach is excited and confident that its new
management team will continue to live up to CNTS’ established
reputation and that business would continue as usual. Chugach has
