Facilities Management & Maintenance

Construction

Chugach has a solid foundation in providing cost-saving, award-winning construction services tailored to meet customer’s unique mission requirements. Our services include general construction (GC) and construction management (CM) services, including Design/Build (DB), Design/Bid/Build (DBB), and competitively bid construction work, and IDIQ-type construction services such as SABER, JOC, TOC, and MACC. We maintain in-house general construction capabilities as well as an extensive database of preferred vendors and specialty subcontractors to meet varied unique requirements around the globe.

Technical Services/IT

Chugach provides a full scope of IT solutions to ensure our government customers are better informed, connected and secure. Our specialists bring together a technical, operations and management team with extensive experience in information systems, technology services, facilities management and professional consulting.

Education Services

For more than 20 years Chugach has provided operations, training, management, and maintenance services for the U.S. Department of Labor Job Corps Program at the Alaska Job Corps Center in Palmer. The center is the first of its kind in Alaska, focusing on training Alaska youth. It provides full educational services for 250 Alaskans, including 24 single parents, in a residential setting. The center serves the largest geographic area with the most diverse population of any Job Corps center in the nation. It has been the second-highest-ranked Job Corps center of the 22 centers located across the western United States.
