Custom Powder Coating

Powder Coating Booth

Why is Powder Coating Right for You?

Powder Coating is a dry coating process. Finely ground particles of pigment and resin are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto products. The charged particles adhere to the products and are heated in ovens permanently fusing the particles to the surface.

Powder Coating requires less energy and emits virtually no volatile compounds or hazardous air pollutants. This eliminates the need for expensive pollution control equipment. Powder coating costs less to apply than liquid paint and we pass those savings along to you.

If you need something coated quickly, we can ship it within hours of receiving it when we use Powder Coating. Paint can take two days to dry, particularly when it is humid. Drips, runs and sags are virtually impossible when applying powder coatings.

Powder Coating provides a finish that is tough, durable, scratch resistant and of the highest quality.
