Mr. Atkinson has over 30 years of civil engineering experience with the Federal Government and the private sector.  Specifically, Mr. Atkinson has 15 years of experience working directly within U.S. Air Force Base Civil Engineering Squadrons, the Army Corps of Engineers (COE), and the U.S. Army and Colorado National Guard as an engineering professional.
